Green Thru Safety Medicare Seeks Quality Control Manager from India for Sri Lanka Operations

Green Thru Safety Medicare (GTSM), a leading manufacturer of hypodermic syringes in Sri Lanka, is seeking a qualified and experienced Quality Control Manager. The company is specifically hiring an Indian candidate for this position in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be a key figure in ensuring the quality of all products. Responsibilities include:

Overseeing the quality of incoming materials, in-process goods, and finished products to meet regulatory and standard specifications.
Collaborating with various departments to maintain and enforce quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Investigating quality-related concerns, implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and driving continuous improvements to enhance product quality and efficacy.
Managing all elements of the Quality Control department and developing a high-performing QC team.

Candidate Profile

Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Science or Engineering.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Control within the medical device manufacturing industry is essential. This experience should specifically cover molding, high-speed assembly, packing, and sterilization processes.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including ISO 13485, ISO 7886, and ISO 7864. Knowledge of GMP, ISO, WHO Guidelines, and NMRA Compliance in Sri Lanka is a significant advantage.
Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Sri Lanka. The company will provide assistance with the work permit for the right candidate.
