Pharm'Up 
Piramal Pharma Solutions (PPS), a global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), is seeking a qualified Executive for its Quality Control (QC) department. The position is based at the company’s facility in Medak, Telangana.
Role and Responsibilities
The QC Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and timely dispatches. The key responsibilities include:
- Analytical Testing: Performing chemical and instrumental analysis on a wide range of materials, including raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and packaging.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining online documentation, reviewing analytical and calibration data, and ensuring all activities comply with GMP requirements. The role also involves managing OOS investigations, deviations, and CAPA implementations.
- Laboratory Management: Overseeing work allocation for chemists, managing inventory of chemicals and standards, ensuring instruments are calibrated, and maintaining laboratory cleanliness.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborating with departments such as QA, Production, and Warehouse to ensure smooth operations and timely product releases.
- Training: Providing training to employees on GLP/GMP and other relevant procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Qualifications: Candidates must have a B.Sc. (Chemistry), M.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Pharm., or M.Pharm. degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in Quality Control is required. This experience should be in chemical and instrumentation analysis within an API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) manufacturing environment, adhering to GMP standards.
