The initiative, titled i-Technology Business Incubator-NITA Foundation for Innovation, Incubation, Entrepreneurship (iTBI-NITA-FIIE), is a collaboration with DST NIDHI. The project is seeking highly motivated individuals for three key positions with attractive compensation, including a role with a salary of up to ₹1,00,000 per month.

Who Can Apply?

The project is currently inviting applications for the following roles:

Chief Executive Officer (CEO): One position available with a salary of ₹1,00,000 per month. This is the top leadership role, requiring a minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least three years in the startup ecosystem. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Technology, or Pharmacy is a core requirement, with an MBA being a preferred qualification. The role involves overseeing all incubator operations, building strategic partnerships, and networking with funding agencies. The maximum age limit is 50 years.
Incubation Manager: One position available with a salary of ₹74,000 per month for the first year. This role is open to candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a wide range of fields, including Pharmacy. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the startup sector, managing an incubation center, or in R&D management is necessary. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, maintaining administrative records, and coordinating events. The maximum age limit is 40 years.
Incubation Associate: One position available with a starting salary of ₹25,000 per month. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, as it requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy (among other disciplines) with no specific work experience mentioned in the criteria. The associate will assist in financial management, prepare reports, and help incubatees develop prototypes. The maximum age limit is 50 years.
