Base Medico (BMPL India), a leading manufacturer and exporter of pharmaceutical products in Gujarat, is looking to hire a Senior Officer for its In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) team. The company is seeking a committed professional with 2-3 years of experience to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in its manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
The IPQA Senior Officer will be a crucial part of the quality assurance process with duties that include:
- Manufacturing and Packing Oversight: Performing line clearance and quality assurance verification during the dispensing of raw and packing materials.
- Documentation and Review: Maintaining daily logbooks and documents and conducting online reviews of executed Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packing Records (BPRs).
- Quality Control Checks: Ensuring correct labeling at all manufacturing and packing stages, monitoring dispatch activities, and calibrating IPQA instruments.
- Process Validation: Releasing products for the next stage of manufacturing and performing sampling for process validation batches as per protocol.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Applicants must hold a B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience is required.
