Essential Qualification

Candidates must possess one of the following degrees from a recognized University:

Masters / Integrated Masters in Natural Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
MVSc / Animal Sciences.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Medicine.

Note for M.Pharm Candidates: Those with a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences are directly eligible.

Desirable Skills and Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience and knowledge will be an asset:

Experience in handling microbes, including identification, characterization, and preservation.
Knowledge and exposure to molecular biology techniques such as DNA isolation, PCR, and sampling.

Monthly Emoluments

The remuneration for the Project Associate-I position is structured based on national eligibility test qualifications:

₹31,000/- + HRA: For candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC/ICAR/ICMR NET (including lectureship/assistant professorship) or GATE, OR those who have qualified National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments like DBT/DST or equivalent and/or their Agencies/Institutions.
₹25,000/- + HRA: For all other candidates who do not meet the criteria in point (1) above.
