Detailed Job Roles and Requirements
Hetero is hiring for its Production (OSD), Packing (OSD), Quality Control (OSD), and Engineering (OSD) departments.
1. Production (OSD)
- Qualification: I.T.I / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm
- Experience: 2–7 Years
- Post: Operator / Sr.Operator / Officer
- Area of Work: Experience in Compression, Coating, Granulation, Inspection, and Capsule filling.
2. Packing (OSD)
- Qualification: I.T.I / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm
- Experience: 2–7 Years
- Post: Operator / Sr. Operator / Officer
- Area of Work: Expertise in Blister Packing and Bottle Packing (both Primary & Secondary operations).
3. Quality Control (OSD)
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Pharm
- Experience: 3–9 Years
- Post: Officer / Jr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Executive
- Area of Work: Proficient in Sampling, Stability studies, operation of HPLC and GC, performing IP/FP (In-Process/Finished Product) analysis, and knowledge of Method Transfer (MT) and Method Verification (MV).
4. Engineering (OSD)
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech
- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Post: Technician / Jr Engineer / Engineer
- Area of Work: Focus on Packing Maintenance, Process Maintenance, and HVAC. Freshers with a B.Tech Civil qualification are also being considered for suitable roles.
