Mega Walk-In Drive Production, QA, QC & Microbiology Roles at MSN Formulations

MSN Group, one of India’s fastest-growing, research-based pharmaceutical companies with a mission to make healthcare affordable, is conducting a large-scale Walk-In Interview drive for its Formulation units in Telangana. The group has an integrated R&D center and multiple manufacturing facilities approved by regulatory bodies like the USFDA.

MSN is hiring experienced candidates across Quality Control, Microbiology, Production, and Quality Assurance for its Kothur, Chinna Chilkamarri, and Mekaguda facilities.

Detailed Job Roles and Requirements

All roles require experience ranging from 2 to 8 years (up to 12 years for Production OSD Supervisors).

1. Quality Control (QC) Formulations

Qualification: BSc | BPharmacy | MSc | MPharmacy
Focus: HPLC, GC, Dissolution, IP/FP, Stability (OSD & Injectables), Wet Analysis, and Raw Material/Material Analysis. Experience with Empower 3 Software, Method Transfer & Method Verification, LEVIS, GLP & QMS Activities, USFDA/Regulatory audit handling, and documentation is essential.

2. Microbiology Formulations

Qualification: BSc | MSc – Microbiology
Focus: Expertise in EM (Environmental Monitoring), Media Preparation, MLT (Microbial Limit Test), BET (Bacterial Endotoxin Test), Sterility Test, and AQA (Analytical Quality Assurance).

3. Production (Injectables Formulation)

Qualification: ITI | Diploma | BSc | BTech | BPharmacy
Focus: Operators/Supervisors for Filling, Lyo (Lyophilization), PFS (Pre-filled Syringes), Vial Washing, Sealing Machine, Autoclave, Compounding. Knowledge of QMS, Shift Incharge duties, Automatic Visual Inspection Machine, and Labelling & Packing.

4. Production (OSD Formulation)

Qualification: Diploma | ITI | BA | BSc | MSc | BPharmacy | MPharmacy
Experience: 2–8 Years (Operators) / 2–12 Years (Supervisors / Shift Incharge)
Focus (Manufacturing): Experience in Compression, Coating, Bilayer Compression, Granulation. Knowledge of QMS and supervising manufacturing and liquid orals production.
Focus (Packing): Operators/Supervisors for Cartonator, Auto Cartonator, Blister, and Bottle Line Secondary Packing.

5. Quality Assurance (QA) Sterile & OSD

Qualification: BSc | BPharmacy | MSc | MPharmacy
Focus (Sterile): IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) during sterile manufacturing, Sterile Validations, and AQA Microbiology.
Focus (OSD): IPQA for OSD Manufacturing and Packing, and CQA (Corporate Quality Assurance) activities.
