2. Salary Structure
The compensation follows the Gujarat Government’s fixed-pay policy for the initial years of service:
- First 5 Years (Fixed Pay): Rs. 40,800 per month.
- Post 5 Years (Regular Pay): Upon satisfactory completion of service, candidates move to the Seventh Pay Commission scale of Rs. 29,200 – Rs. 92,300 (Level-5).

Educational Qualifications
- Degree Path: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.).
- Diploma Path: Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) AND approximately 2 years of experience as a Junior Pharmacist/Dispenser/Medical Representative.
- Language: Adequate knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi, or both.

4. Examination Fees
