The University of Hyderabad, a premier Institution of Eminence, is inviting applications for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position. This role is part of a cutting-edge nanobiotechnology project aimed at developing advanced medical dressings.
1. Project Details
- Project Title: “Integrated nano fiber dressings: optimizing epithelialization, angiogenesis and antimicrobial activities for advanced wound healing”
- Principal Investigator: Dr. Shyam Lal M, Associate Professor, Department of Animal Biology.
- Focus Area: Nanobiotechnology, drug delivery, and regenerative medicine.
2. Fellowship & Compensation
- Monthly Stipend: Rs. 37,000/- per month.
- HRA: 27% (if applicable).
- Tenure: Initial appointment is for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance and project duration.
3. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following academic and age requirements:

| Education | M.Sc. in any discipline of Life Sciences (First Class). |
| Mandatory Exam | GATE / CSIR-NET / UGC-NET qualification is compulsory. |
| Age Limit | Maximum 28 years (Relaxation for OBC/SC/ST/Others as per DBT norms). |
| Experience | Prior expertise in nanobiotechnology and functionalization of nanoparticles is highly desirable. |
