
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services and digital transformation, is inviting applications for the role of Clinical Data Reviewer within its Life Sciences Business Process Services (BPS) unit. Based in Mumbai, this role is a key part of TCS’s mission to evolve Clinical Data Management (CDM) into a more insight-driven Clinical Data Science model.
The Clinical Data Reviewer is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of data integrity and quality throughout the lifecycle of a clinical trial, from study setup to database lock.
Key Responsibilities & Functional Areas
As a Clinical Data Reviewer, you will handle a blend of technical specifications, quality oversight, and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Study Setup & Specifications: Prepare and review eCRF specifications, Edit Check specifications, and eCRF completion guidelines.
- Validation & UAT: Create and review test scripts for edit checks. Lead or review User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, performance, and reports.
- Data Integrity Oversight: Review Protocol Deviation Documents, identify issues with validation procedures, and communicate site-level data discrepancies to monitors and clients.
- Metric Monitoring: Maintain and review Data Management Plan (DMP) metrics, providing weekly status updates in cross-functional meetings.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to streamline data flow and reduce cycle times.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
TCS is looking for professionals who combine domain expertise with analytical rigor.
| Criteria | Requirement |
| Education | B.Pharm, B.Sc., or M.Sc. (Life Sciences/Alternative Medicine). |
| Experience | 2–4 years in Clinical Data Management or Clinical Research. |
| Tech Skills | Familiarity with Veeva Vault CDMS, InForm, or Rave EDC is highly preferred. |
| Competencies | Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, protocol interpretation, and UAT methodologies. |
| Location | Mumbai, Maharashtra. |
