Position Details & Compensation
DPSRU is looking for qualified candidates for two distinct roles. The remuneration includes a 30% House Rent Allowance (HRA), making the Senior Project Associate position particularly lucrative.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Senior Project Associate
Candidates must meet one of the following educational and experience combinations:
- B.Pharm / B.Tech / B.V.Sc / MBBS / Master’s in Natural Sciences + 4 years of R&D experience in industrial or academic institutions.
- M.Pharm / M.Tech / ME + 2 years of R&D experience.
- Doctoral Degree (PhD/MD/MS) in Science, Engineering, Technology, or Pharma.
2. Project Assistant
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Science OR a Diploma in Engineering/Technology.
Key Research Areas & Desirable Skills
Candidates with expertise and publications in the following domains will be preferred:
- In-silico Studies: Virtual screening (Zinc 15/20), Protein-ligand binding (Maestro), and ADME prediction.
- Formulation R&D: QbD-based development, Gastroplus, and kinetics study of drug release.
- Advanced Analytics: HPLC/LC-MS method validation and PBMC isolation.
- Omics: RNA extraction, Transcriptomics/Proteomics profiling, and Next-generation sequencing (NGS).
- Computational Biology: R package analysis, fGWAS, and GROMACS for molecular simulation.

Important Terms and Conditions
