Key Responsibilities
The Scientific Affairs Manager acts as the scientific face of the organization, ensuring that clinicians and stakeholders understand the value of advanced genetic diagnostics.
- Scientific Communication: Driving engagement through lectures, presentations, and high-level scientific programs.
- KOL Management: Identifying and fostering long-term collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in oncology, rare diseases, and reproductive health.
- Medical Education: Conducting Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions and doctor group meetings to discuss therapeutic advancements and standards of care.
- Field Collaboration: Performing joint field work with sales teams to gather physician feedback and enhance brand positioning.
- Medical Information Services (MIS): Providing evidence-based, timely responses to medical queries from healthcare professionals, government bodies, and patient groups.
- Compliance & Ethics: Reviewing promotional materials to ensure they meet legal, ethical, and international scientific standards.
- Product Expertise: Acting as an internal subject matter expert (SME) to help operations identify untapped market opportunities.
