Key Responsibilities
- Chromatographic Analysis: Perform routine and complex testing using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and GC (Gas Chromatography).
- Method Development: Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods, including conducting Forced Degradation Studies to predict product shelf-life.
- Stability Testing: Coordinate end-to-end stability testing in partnership with global teams, adhering to ICH/WHO/FDA guidelines.
- Compliance & Data Integrity: Maintain records according to ALCOA+ principles and ensure 21 CFR Part 11 compliance for electronic records using software like Openlab, LIMS, and eLN.
- Operational Excellence: Utilize statistical approaches for experimental design to simplify and improve technical processes.
