HLL Lifecare Limited, a Mini Ratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, is inviting applications for the Pharmacist Trainee position under its Training & Development Scheme (TDS). This is a prime opportunity to gain experience in a government-backed healthcare organization.
Position & Location
- Post Name: Pharmacist Trainee
- Training Location: Kanagala Factory, Belagavi District, Karnataka.
- Training Duration: 3 Years (subject to company discretion).
Stipend Structure
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend that increases annually:
| Year of Training | Monthly Stipend |
| First Year | ₹11,500 |
| Second Year | ₹13,000 |
| Third Year | ₹15,000 |
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Pharm graduates with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (as of the closing date).
- Relaxation: Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government of India rules.
- Exclusions: Candidates who have previously undergone training at HLL under similar schemes are not eligible.
Important Terms & Conditions
- Nature of Job: The training is purely temporary and does not guarantee regular employment at HLL Lifecare.
- Transfers: While initially posted at Kanagala, trainees may be transferred to other company units as per requirement.
- Application for PSU Employees: Candidates currently in Govt/PSU roles must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the test/interview.
- Language: Candidates have the option to interview in Hindi if they prefer.
