The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Raebareli, an institute of national importance, is recruiting for several faculty positions. NIPER is seeking accomplished and research-oriented candidates to contribute to its mission of advanced pharmaceutical education and research.
Available Positions and Eligibility
1. Associate Professor (Pharmaceutics / Regulatory Affairs)

- Maximum Age: 45 years
- Essential Qualifications: Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences/Pharmaceutics/Pharmaceutical Technology (Formulations)/Industrial Pharmacy. Candidates must have a first-class or equivalent grade in their preceding degree (MS. Pharm/ M. Pharm/MS/M.Sc.) and at least 8 years of post-Ph.D. experience in teaching, research, or industry.
- Desirable Experience: Expertise in pre-formulation studies, drug delivery, biopharmaceutics, solid-state pharmaceutics, and computational pharmaceutics. Knowledge of eGMP, FDA/ICH regulatory requirements, and experience with regulatory submissions are also preferred. Candidates with at least 4 years of experience as an Assistant Professor, who have completed an EMR or industry-sponsored project, are highly desired.
2. Associate Professor (Medical Devices)

- Essential Qualifications: Ph.D. in Bioengineering/Biomedical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with a first-class or equivalent grade in the preceding degree (M.Sc./M.Pharm/M.S.Pharm/B.Tech/M.Tech). Must have at least 8 years of post-Ph.D. experience in teaching, research, or industry.
- Desirable Experience: Experience in Biomechanics, Biomedical Engineering, and developing/testing biomedical devices (Class 2 and 3). Preference will be given to candidates with patents or commercialized products in this area.
3. Assistant Professor (Biotechnology)

- Maximum Age: 40 years
- Essential Qualifications: Ph.D. with a first-class or equivalent grade in the appropriate branch. Must have at least 5 years of post-Ph.D. experience in teaching, research, or industry.
- Desirable Experience: Experienced in cell-based therapies, MABs, protein therapeutics, and gene expression. Candidates who have contributed to institutional building, secured extramural grants, and have experience with curriculum development are preferred.
