Lupin Limited, a globally recognized pharmaceutical company with a significant footprint across six continents, is conducting a major Walk-In Interview drive for its Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh facility.

The company is seeking experienced and qualified professionals for diverse roles in Quality Control, Production, and Packing departments, specifically for Hormonal (OC/HPD), MDI/DPI (Metered Dose/Dry Powder Inhalers), Nasal, and Derma formulations. Mandatory USFDA & MHRA regulatory exposure is required for all positions.

Detailed Job Roles and Requirements (Pithampur, MP)

1. Quality Control (QC)

QC (Hormonal – OC / HPD):
- Officer / Executive (B.Pharm / M.Sc.): 2-6 years (Officer) / 8-10 years (Executive).
- Focus: HPLC/GC/LCMS/ICPMS, routine QC instruments, US FDA/EU regulatory compliance, analysis of formulation & stability samples (tablets), RM/FP/SS, OOS/OOT handling, lab deviation, 21 CFR, GLP, analytical method transfer/validation, pharmacopeia updates.
QC (Service Engineer):
- Executive (Any Graduate): 8-10 years.
- Focus: Maintenance & calibration of lab instruments (HPLC, GC, UV), equipment troubleshooting, vendor coordination, GMP/GLP documentation & compliance, audit support, QC analyst training.
QC (MDI / DPI):
- Officer (B.Pharm / M.Sc.): 2-6 years.
- Focus: Analysis of Aerosol Products (MDI/DPI), instrument maintenance (UV, HPLC, GC, Spray View), analytical testing (Assay, APSD by NGI, DDU, RS, Spray Pattern, FPM), Chromeleon software, Data Integrity, GMP, 21 CFR.
QC (Nasal / Derma):
- Officer (B.Pharm / M.Sc.): 2-6 years.
- Focus: Analysis of Nasal & Derma formulation samples, instrument maintenance (UV, HPLC, GC, Spray View, Spray Tech), analytical testing (Assay, SCU, RS, Spray Pattern, DSD, FPM), Chromeleon software, Data Integrity, GMP, 21 CFR.

2. Production

Production (Hormonal – OC / HPD):
- Associate (ITI / D.Pharm / B.Sc.): 2-8 years.
- Focus: Granulation machine operation (GEA TRV), Flow wrap machine, Fette compression machine operation (preferably Fette 3200i).
- Officer (B.Pharm): 2-6 years.
- Focus: Knowledge of Granulation M/C, Fette 3200i Compression M/C, SAP & Production documentation.
Production (Hormonal – OC):
- Executive (B.Pharm): 8-10 years.
- Focus: Handling of QAMS & Production documentation, shop floor process knowledge, SAP application, investigation writing, root cause analysis tools.
Production (Derma / Nasal):
- Associate (ITI / D.Pharm / B.Sc.): 2-8 years.
- Focus: Operate Filling activity for Nasal / Topical Formulation, knowledge of filling equipment (PKB Bottle filling, Marchesini Sofbag, Norden/IMA-PG Tube Filling Machine).
- Officer / Executive (B.Pharm): 2-6 years (Officer) / 8-10 years (Executive).
- Focus: Supervise Manufacturing, Filling activity for Derma & Nasal Formulation, knowledge of filling equipment (ADAM Master plant, PKB, Marchesini, Norden/IMA-PG, DARA Nasal filling machines). Oversee manufacturing & filling process, ensuring accuracy & efficiency.

3. Packing

Packing (Hormonal – OC / HPD):
- Associate (ITI / D.Pharm / B.Sc.): 2-8 years.
- Focus: Operating & troubleshooting Bottle Packing Line primary machines (Countec Counting Machine, Rotary capping Machine, Silica/Stabilox inserter, Checkweigher & Metal Detector). Performing challenge tests & in-process of primary bottle packing line, good knowledge of cGMP & GDP.
