Eligibility & Skills
- Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or relevant streams of Biological Sciences (as per ICMR norms).
- Preferred Technical Skills:
- Cell Biology: Tissue culture and working with cancer cell lines.
- Molecular Biology: Molecular cloning and recombinant protein purification.
- Analysis: Flow cytometry-based immunophenotyping, Western blotting, ELISA, and Immunofluorescence.
- In Vivo Studies: Experience with mouse models of cancer invasion and metastasis.
Research Focus
The project focuses on Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC), targeting the tumor microenvironment using a helminth-derived TGF-β mimic (TGM6). The researcher will lead experiments, analyze complex data, and contribute to scientific manuscripts.
