Eligibility Criteria: Can You Apply?

- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years. (Relaxations apply: 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC).
- Educational Background: The post is open to a wide array of disciplines, including:
- Medical/Veterinary: MBBS or B.V.Sc.
- Pharmacy: B.Pharm or Pharm.D.
- Post-Graduate Science: M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Virology, or Life Sciences.
- Engineering: B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical, Pharmaceutical, or Industrial Biotechnology.
- Experience: A mandatory 3 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is required for all applicants.
Three-Stage Selection Process
AIIMS has designed a rigorous screening process to ensure only the most technically proficient candidates are selected:
- Stage I (CBT): A 200-question computer-based test. 160 questions will focus on the core subject (Microbiology/Biotech/Pharma), while 40 questions cover General English and Aptitude. There is a 1/3 negative marking penalty.
- Stage II (Screening): Verification of uploaded documents. Only candidates scoring in the top 5x the number of seats per category will proceed.
- Stage III (Descriptive Test): A 2-hour offline pen-and-paper exam (50 marks) testing professional judgment, analytical skills, and ethical decision-making in biopharmaceutical scenarios.

- SC/ST/EWS: ₹2400 (SC/ST candidates who appear for the exam will receive a refund after results).
- PwBD: Exempted.
