Vacant Positions & Salary Structure
The engagement is purely temporary and initially for one year, with potential extensions based on performance.
1. Project Scientist Series (High-Level Research)
- Project Scientist-III (ADME-PK/Tox): Rs. 78,000 + HRA. Requires a PhD + 7 years experience in safety/toxicological studies.
- Project Scientist-I (Bioanalysis/Business Dev):Rs. 56,000 + HRA. Requires a PhD or Master’s in Engineering + 4 years experience.
- Note: Includes a 5% increment every 2 years.
2. Senior Project Associate – 03 Posts
- Disciplines: ADME-PK, Analytical Chemistry, and Information Technology.
- Stipend: Rs. 42,000 + HRA.
- Eligibility: Master’s degree + 3 years experience OR a PhD in the relevant subject.
3. Project Associate-II – 04 Posts
- Disciplines: Bioanalytical, Pharmacokinetics, Cell/Tissue Culture, and In-vitro Toxicology.
- Stipend: * Rs. 35,000 + HRA for NET/GATE/National level exam qualified candidates.
- Rs. 28,000 + HRA for others.
- Eligibility: Master’s Degree or B.Tech + 2 years of R&D experience.
Core Technical Requirements
CSIR-ICM is looking for specific hands-on expertise to manage their advanced facilities:
- Instrumentation: Proficiency in LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, HPLC, ICP-MS, and NMR.
- Biological Expertise: Experience in animal cell culture (Caco-2, Stem cells), AMES tests, and chromosomal aberration assays.
- IT Infrastructure: For the IT role, expertise in Firewall administration, LAN/Network management, and database design is essential.
