This position is part of a high-impact, DHR-funded multicenter randomized controlled trial (NAGA Study) focused on Gastric Adenocarcinoma treatment strategies.

Eligibility & Responsibilities
Essential Qualifications:
- B.Pharm or B.Sc Nursing degree.
- Minimum 1 year of Clinical or Research experience.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Tamil (Speaking, reading, and writing) for patient interaction and the consenting process.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience in Clinical Trials or Oncology (Cancer care).
- Valid GCP (Good Clinical Practice) training.
Core Responsibilities:
- Patient recruitment and follow-up coordination.
- Detailed data collection and entry into clinical databases.
- Inter-center coordination and ensuring data integrity.
- Managing patient consent and treatment schedules.
Selection Process & Evaluation
The selection will be based on a Walk-In Written Test and Interview.
- Written Test Topics: Basic Oncology, Clinical Research methodology, GCP guidelines, Patient care skills, Consenting processes, and Drug storage protocols.
- Interview: Focuses on interaction skills and response to clinical research scenarios.
