Key Responsibilities

As a senior scientist, you will lead Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) discovery projects across multiple modalities:

Strategic Leadership: Leading integrated drug discovery programs from hit identification to lead optimization.
Complex Synthesis: Solving advanced synthesis challenges and addressing structural liabilities using modern analytical tools.
Digital Workflows: Utilizing Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELNs), cheminformatics, and the proprietary Chemistry in the Cloud™ platform.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with Biology, ADME/DMPK, and Pharmacology teams for seamless project delivery.
Mentorship: Developing junior scientists to meet global standards of scientific rigor.

Candidate Profile

Academic Background: Ph.D. or Postdoctoral research from a leading international university (USA/UK/EU strongly preferred).
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Small-Molecule Drug Discovery, synthetic route design, and troubleshooting.
Modality Experience: Hands-on experience with ADCs (Antibody-Drug Conjugates), Peptides, Covalent Inhibitors, or TPD (Targeted Protein Degradation/PROTACs).
Modern Tools: Proficiency in High-Throughput Experimentation (HTE), Flow Chemistry, and Cheminformatics.
