Project Overview
- Title: “CardioWatch-India: Safeguarding Young Hearts Through Early Multi-Biomarker Precision Diagnostics for Myocardial Infarction and Cardiovascular Disease”
- Focus: Development of precision diagnostics for heart disease using multi-biomarker approaches.
- Collaborators: AIIMS-New Delhi, Madurai Kamaraj University, and several medical colleges in Madurai.

Eligibility & Expertise
Educational Qualification
- M.Sc. and/or Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
Required Technical Experience
- Mass Spectrometry: Expertise in clinical sample preparation for high-resolution LC–MS workflows.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in untargeted metabolomics and lipidomic datasets.
- Software Skills: Familiarity with tools like MetaboAnalyst, MS-DIAL, LipidXplorer, or OpenMS.
- Preferred Skill: Experience with ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry) data acquisition.
