The Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai, is inviting applications for a high-level Research Associate position within the Department of Biological Sciences and Biotechnology. This is a specialized, short-term “Dry Lab” project focused on the feasibility and literature-based evaluation of biomass generation.

Job Description
The role is primarily research-intensive and focused on data synthesis rather than wet-lab experimentation:
- Literature Scanning: Conducting extensive reviews of the state-of-the-art technologies for autotrophs.
- Strain Selection: Presenting options for Microalgae, Cyanobacteria, and other autotrophic strains for various industrial applications.
- Report Preparation: Compiling a comprehensive feasibility report based on resource inputs and natural light utilization.
Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: PhD in Biotechnology.
- Specialization: Algal Biotechnology.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of post-PhD experience in the relevant field.
