Important Notes

Separate applications must be submitted for each post if applying for more than one.
The name of the post must be clearly mentioned in the application (failure to do so will result in rejection).
Applications not accompanied by relevant certificates and mark sheets will be rejected.

Degree Mark Sheet and degree certificate.
Indian Nursing Council registration certificate (note: this is specifically requested, although the qualification is D.Pharm).
Previous work experience certificate.
