
The Malabar Cancer Centre (MCC), a leading autonomous cancer care institution in Kerala, is seeking qualified professionals for the posts of Pharmacist and Clinical Pharmacist. These are temporary positions on a fixed-term contract basis, with applications being accepted online.
Job Vacancy Details
Pharmacist
- Number of Vacancies: 1
- Qualification: B.Pharm or M.Pharm.
- Experience:
- 1 year for M.Pharm graduates.
- 2 years for B.Pharm graduates.
- Candidates with experience in clinical trials will be given preference.
- Age Limit: Below 36 years.
- Consolidated Pay: ₹20,000 per month.
- Tenure: The role is on a fixed-term contract for the Clinical Trial Unit.
Clinical Pharmacist
- Number of Vacancies: 1
- Qualification: Pharm.D or M.Pharm.
- Experience: 1 year as a Clinical Pharmacist or Pharmacist in a multi-specialty hospital with a minimum of 200 beds.
- Age Limit: Below 36 years.
- Consolidated Pay: ₹30,000 per month.
- Tenure: Fixed-term contract at the Malabar Cancer Centre.
How to Apply

- Application Fee: The fee is ₹250 for general category candidates and ₹100 for SC/ST candidates. This must be paid online. Please note that SC/ST applicants from outside Kerala will be considered as general candidates unless their caste is listed in the Kerala PSC.
- Application Deadline: The last date to apply is October 5, 2025, at 12:00 PM.
- Important Note: Make sure to have a digital photograph (150W x 200H pixels, max 30KB, .jpg format) ready for upload during the registration process.
Selection Process & General Conditions
The selection will be based on a written test and/or interview. Candidates must bring the original certificates along with a self-attested copy of each document to the interview. The interview date and time will be communicated via email and the MCC website, so applicants are advised to check regularly for updates.
The initial contract period for most positions is 179 days, which can be extended for a maximum of 3 years based on satisfactory performance. Age relaxation for the upper age limit is applicable for OBC (3 years) and SC/ST (5 years) candidates.
