Detailed Open Positions and Requirements

Eris Therapeutics is looking for dedicated and skilled individuals with relevant experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.

1. Quality Control (QC)

Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer (Ointment / RM / Intermediate / FP / FG / SFG / RM)
Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.Pharm
Experience: 2–5 Years
Requirements: Must possess strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with key QC instruments, including HPLC, GC, Dissolution, DT (Disintegration Test), and FRI. Experience is required across various dosage forms: tablets, capsules, oral suspensions, injectables, and external preparations.

2. Injectable Department

Assistant Manager – Manufacturing
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.Pharm
- Experience: 5–7 Years
- Requirements: Exposure to overall injectable manufacturing processes, performing in-process checks, manpower handling, GMP documentation, troubleshooting machine breakdowns, and ensuring audit compliance.
Ampoule Operator – Filling Machine
- Qualification: ITI / B.Pharm
- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Requirements: Expertise in the operation of ampoule filling and sealing machines, maintaining real-time BMR/BPR documentation, and possessing basic machine maintenance knowledge.

3. Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) – Liquid

Dy. Manager / Asst. Manager – Liquid
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
- Experience: 8–10 Years
- Requirements: Extensive experience in syrup preparation, managing filtration systems, suspension stabilization, BMR/BPR review, adherence to GDP and SOP compliance, including production planning and batch execution.
Capsule Operator
- Qualification: ITI / B.Pharm
- Experience: 1–2 Years
- Requirements: Knowledge of capsule filling machines, their operation, and breakdown management.

4. External Preparation

Sr. Officer – QMS
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
- Experience: 2–4 Years
- Requirements: Experience in external preparation manufacturing, strong documentation practices, and knowledge of machine operation and troubleshooting.

5. Quality Assurance (QA)

Officer – IPQA Parenteral
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 1–2 Years
- Requirements: Responsibility for In-process checks (IPQA), sampling, inspections, BMR/BPR review, SOP compliance, validation protocol review, monitoring critical parameters, and final approval of batch records for parenteral (injectable) products.
